[SPS]Smara -The Wilaya of Smara held on Wednesday the national festivities to commemorate the 37th anniversary of the proclamation of the Saharawi Arab Democratic Republic (SADR) with presence of President of the Republic , secretary general of the Polisario Front Mohamed Abdelaziz and an important Algerian delegation leads by deputy speaker of the Algerian Parliament JIlali Kneiber, in addition to members of the Governments and Parliaments as well as high cadres of the state and the Polisario Front.
