Nation's Representative to PAP Calls for Self-Determination Referendum in Western Sahara

[SPS]Midrand -The Permanent Representative of Tunisia to the Pan-African Parliament Mr. Bachir Chemam has called for the need to organize a self-determination referendum for the Saharawi people, during the Second Session of the 3rd Legislative Period of the Third Pan African Parliament, taking place at PAP headquarters in Midrand, South Africa, from May 6th to 20th, 2013.
