Madrid Agreements Block Maghreb Relationships, Morocco Behind Instability in the Region (polisario)

[SPS]Shaheed El Hafed -Madrid agreements of November 14, 1975 block relationships between the Maghreb region countries, said Thursday member of National Secretriat of the Polisario Front in charge of the political organization, Bachir Mustapha Essayd, saying that Morocco is the "only" responsible for the instability in the region.
