President of Republic Congratulates His Angolan Counterpart On Independence Day

[SPS]Bir Lehlou -President of the Republic Secretary General of the Polisario Front Mr. Mohamed Abdelaziz has congratulated the Angolan President, Mr. Josè Eduardo Dos Santos, on the occasion of the commemoration of the 38th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Angola, in a letter sent Sunday.
