National Council Starts Autumn Session

[SPS]The National Council (Parliament) started Saturday the autumn session for the year 2013, in the presence of the Prime Minister, Abdelkader Taleb Omar, the President of the National Council, Khatri Adouh, and members of the Government and National Council.
