President of Republic Felicitates Kenyatta On ICC Acquittal

[SPS]Bir-Lehlu (liberated Territories) -The president of the republic Mohamed Abdelaziz, felicitated Kenyan counterpart Uhuru Kenyatta, after the ICC Prosecutor withdrew charges against him on Friday 5th December 2014, in a letter sent Sunday morning.
