Saharawi Ambassador presents his Credentials to the Namibian President

The Saharawi Ambassador to Namibia, H.E. Malainin Sadiq, presented his Credentials as Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Saharawi Republic to the President of the Republic of Namibia, H.E. Hifikepunye Lucas Pohamba, last Wednesday 26^th November 2014.

The Saharawi diplomat conveyed to H.E. Hifikepunye Lucas Pohamba, the special gratitude and friendship addressed to him from his Saharawi counterpart, H.E. Mohamed Abdelaziz, on behalf of the Saharawi people and Government.

He also briefed this great friend and supporter of the Saharawi cause on the latest developments in the political situation in Western Sahara.

From his side, the Namibian President welcomed his Saharawi guest, and expressed his personal and his country’s firm solidarity and support to the Saharawi legitimate struggle for freedom and independence. He further condemned the Moroccan obstacles to the UN efforts to end this last case of decolonisation in Africa.
