[Algerie Presse Service]Algiers -The Sahrawi President Mohamed Abdelaziz was honored Wednesday in Algiers by the National Consultative Commission for the Promotion and Protection of Human Rights (Advisory Commission), on the occasion of the 66th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
