Blood and Sand: War in the Sahara - WNET/PBS - 1982

An episode of WNET-TV New York's series "Non-Fiction Television" from 1982 profiling the first Western coverage of the Civil War taking place in the disputed Moroccan territory of Western Sahara (now categorized as a "self-governing territory" by the United Nations and partly controlled by both Morocco and the Sahwarai Arab Democratic Republic ). Those interviewed include King Hassan II of Morocco, former National Security Advisor under President Jimmy Carter, Zibigniew Brzezinski, among other policy leaders and those in the affected areas.
